A: Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, We have reached out to the manufacturer and their answer is, it is not an extra large tampon.
A: Cause they didn?t think out the design
A: The wool picks up all kinds of hair and dust from solid surfaces. Depending on the amount of dust and hair, the wool may need to be taken outside and shaken to clean more frequently, due to buildup.
A: Warm, soapy water
A: This duster can be cleaned by shaking out as much dust as possible by gently hitting it against your hand. Then what dirt is left can be brushed out with a pet brush or our Wool Shop duster care brush. Next you should wet the wool thoroughly under a faucet of cool water. Then apply 1 teaspoon of our Wool Shop duster care shampoo to the wet wool. Using a similar product, such as Woolite would work as well. Massage the shampoo into the wool and work it to a lather. Then rinse the wool and repeat if necessary. Squeeze the wool to remove excess moisture and hang the duster to dry. Be careful to not hang the duster in direct sunlight or complete darkness when drying. When the duster is completely dry, use a brush to comb and fluff the wool fibers.
A: Right now it is too new for me to have had to clean it.
A: The instructions say that this one can be washed. However, the ones I have had in the past have suggested not to wash them.
