While the 4 in Pro Nylon/Polyester Flat brush could be used for stucco, as it is our most versatile brush, you might find that the Wooster Pro Chinex 3 in Flat Sash brush will hold up better to exterior projects.(see internet # 203193298). We do not make a 4 in brush in the Chinex line. The Chinex line of brushes are considered Extra-Firm and hold up well to wear and heat. They have excellent paint pick up and release and are ideal for exterior projects. The Wooster Brush Customer Service is available at 800-392-7246 for any questions.
We aren't able to answer your question on paint without knowing the specifics of the coating you are referencing. We can say that the Wooster Pro Nylon/Poly brush is our most versatile brush and works well in all paints. Please do not hesitate to contact Wooster Customer Service with any questions or concerns at 800-392-7246.
Yes the bristles are soft. I have never used epoxy paint, mine was acrylic.
Yes, this brush would an excellent choice for your project.
Hi Lily - The Wooster Pro Nylon/Polyester brush would work great for an epoxy paint. When cleaning this brush after using with epoxy, be sure to use a little hand cleaner. It will help to really get the epoxy out of the brush and condition the filament. You will be able to use this brush for many projects to come. If you are looking for a roller cover, the Wooster Pro Woven 9 in. x 3/8 in. would be a great roller cover option.
yes, but I'm sure if it's the right brush for epoxy paints, you should read the label or go online to check.
Yes, they are soft. Don't wait to do clean up with epoxy paint or you will never have the same brush.
