It has a carbon filter for odors as well as a HEPA filter for submicron particulates, mold spores, dust, etc., so it would be effective in ridding an old house of odors. It can filter 550 cubic feet of air per minute, and it does not emit ozone.
Does it eliminate odor or pet urine smells
The XPOWER X-2830 4-Stage Filtration HEPA Air Purifier System would be able to remove odors from the air but it will not eradicate the source of the odors in litterboxes, carpets, or bedding.
Can an optional filter cover that allows for an intake duct attachment be ordered for the X2830?

What are the replacement filters for the X2830? I can only find the hepa filter.
The replacement filters for the X-2830 HEPA Air Scrubber are the NFS13 Nylon Mesh Filter, PF13 Pleated Media Filter, CF15 Activated Carbon Filter, and HEPA50-33 HEPA Filter. Home Depot only offers HEPA50-33 HEPA Filter currently.
I need to run the X-2830 in a negative air setup but the X-2830 has to be 50' away. Will it pull air enough on its own through 50ft of 12" flexible duct? Or can I use my X-12 fan to help mitigate the difference?

what adapter hose goes with the XPOWER white commercial 4-stage filtration X2830 like the other air scrubbers and how do you put it on the air scrubber? Does the grill cover that in front come off to adapt a hose?
The 12DH25 (Home Depot Item # 205825103) PVC Duct Hose will fit the 12-inch lip on the side of the air scrubber and secures with the attached nylon strap. The grill cover on the front of the machine does not come off, but it can be opened to clean or replace the filters.
Will this product remove VOCs?
