Worse product I have ever purchased
From the 1st time I ever used it, parts have fallen off (ALL handle knobs and bolts, rear exiting debris flap, wheels, etc.), in addition fuel shoots out of the carburetor all over the deck, latest problem - motor is attached to deck at 3 points with bolts, 2 of the 3 have broken the deck and pulled out - engine now sits at an angle and won't turn over (see photos).

If you are intending to use this mower for the mulch option don’t bother. All the clippings fly up through the side chute while it is closed and pile up on top of the lawn mower decking and also come flying at you the whole time. After 20 feet of cutting you’re covered in grass clippings. Photo is after 10 feet of cutting. I circled in red where the clippings shoot out onto the decking and back at you.

Once it arrived, I took it right out of the box and it was super quick and easy to assemble, basically only had to connect the handle! The "easy-start Prime 'N Pull technology" was great, first pull and it started right up! Once it was going, took it for a spin around the yard and couldn't be any more satisfied with this lawn mower. Provides a clean cut, leaving my lawn look great!! Easy to push, built very well, seems like it will last a long time. 100% would recommend!

Easy Assembly with Clear instructions!
Super easy to put together. The larger 5 position rear wheels make it easy on rough yards. It also comes with a grass shoot that other competitors like Toro will charge you $10 or more for, as an add on accessory. For the price, i can’t help but add this to my line of mowers for my landscaping business.

Starts on the first pull!
The YardForce 22” 500e Series with the Briggs engine is awesome! From box to mowing took me 10 minutes. Mower was packaged very well. You literally take it out of the box, attach the handle, fill it with oil (included) and gas, and you’re off.
This is by far the lightest mower I’ve used. Very easy to push, especially with bigger rear wheels. Takes seconds to adjust height setting with easy-to-change lock system.
Most importantly, prime her 3x and starts on the first pull! Totally exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend.

SO FAR I HATE THIS MOWER.
I purchased a Yard Force YF21-SD 21" mower. The blade that came with is either too big, or the deck is too small. I cranked it up and BLANG-A-LANG-A-LANG!! I thought that maybe I could find a 20" blade to fit it. No luck. Not even at Home Depot. I bought a universal blade today at HD, but even that doesn't fit. Somebody PLEASE help me. I can't use the mower as is. I'm very frustrated. I had a lot more to say, but I could only use 500 characters.

The phone number, website and email address are in the manual, on the product ID label on the mower and contact information is on our website. There is no "universal" mower blade, every blade is made to fit one or more models specifically. It sounds like there could be damage to the deck that might have occurred during shipping. Every Yard Force mower goes through a quality check after assembly, one of the steps is checking the blade gap under the deck.
