Answer This Question

A:  I used chainlink fittings.com SKU FF 25 attached to concrete with 4 pieces 1/2" all-thread set in anchor bolt epoxy. The result was surprisingly rugged.

A:  Hi Babar, thank you for asking this question. We always recommend placing the posts into concrete rather than above the ground. This ensures stability and sturdiness of the fence in the future for years to come.

I used the yardguard corner post to make a teather pole for my kids. This 8' pole will work great for them since there young but will also be tall enough for adults. I drilled holes near the bottom of the pole and put rebar in an "x" pattern in the concrete for strength. I also drilled a hole near the top for the eye bolt to tie the rope to. It did take more bags of concrete then I thought for my large tire. This tire took 4.5 (80lb) bags to fill. This post is very sturdy and I can pull on the pole and roll into place.

It took a lot of work to find this pole and even more work to get it down from the top of the rack and then to carefully get it out from the middle of the stack of poles without making a complete mess and without sending me away without the pole I wanted, great job to the electrical and lumber and building dept guys that helped make things happen, my kids And I thank u very much!!
