A:  Hello Butch, thank you for your question. If you look at the product page for this item on the Home Depot website, there are some pictures showing how to install the tie wires. We do not have a video specific to tie wires. I hope the images provide the proper guidance in this matter. Regards, your YardGard support team.

A:  using pliers (i used needle nose and leather work gloves) wrap the tie around one side of chainlink close to a post or top bar and leave enough slack to make a "u" around the post/bar then wrap the other end around the chainlink. tightening the tie will hold the chainlink in a hug against the bar

A:  All you need is a pliers in each hand (or a clamp or vice grip to hold it in the middle while you twist the other end) Heavy gloves help too. They are really quite easy to use.

A:  If you're asking what "Tool" is needed, I use a long needle-nose pliers to bend these ties into place securing the fence. Needle nose pliers also fit into the small area to clamp the ties. Your fingers are too large to maneuver around the fence opening and tighten the ties properly.

A:  They're pretty soft so just any pair of pliers will do the trick. I think I even just used my hands for a couple of them.

A:  These ties are pretty soft, so I don't think they will help stretch the fabric without breaking. I use them to tie together sections of fence after I tension the fabric with a piece of rebar on each side and a cable come-along pulling them tight.
