I like the build of the cart, nice to have...
I like the build of the cart, nice to have something compact yet capable. The shifting indicator plate is off by 1/2" or so leading to lots of miss shifts and grinding, which cannot be good for longevity. Other than that, solid machine so far!

Unfortunately, the motorized wheel barrel only worked for about half an hour. After that it would only shift into reverse despite trying everything. While it was running, it did not hit a high enough speed to equal my relaxed walking pace. It only went about 2 mph maximum in the highest gear. There is a chance, however, that it never reached the highest gear because of the transmission problem. Also, it would not dump, wet manure, and I had to use the muck rake to remove the manure from the bucket once it was tilted. I think dry manure would have tumbled out better. Home Depot, however, came to get the broken down wheelbarrow promptly and stood behind their guarantee. Before I consider another one, I will need to test a working unit to see if it goes fast enough to go at a walking pace.

Love this !!!
My husband loves this. We live in the foothills and our lot is very steep in places. He uses the Yardmax almost everyday from moving firewood to taking our garbage cans up our snowy driveway. Great product!

Looks cool, but....
The YD8103 has plenty of power to haul uphill. It's small enough to get through gates and maneuver (pivot) around tight corners.
Shifting was terrible from the beginning, lots of grinding. Apparently, they do not use synchro’s. The steering is clumsy, lots of jerky movements. The hopper's dump hinge point and gas assist prevent it from dumping soil . What good is a wheel barrow that doesn't dump?

My friend "Sendy"
This equipment hauls everything we throw at it. We use it for building and maintaining mountain bike trails in Ohio. It hauls gravel, dirt, posts and other equipment that is too heavy to carry long distances. Very happy with this purchase.

Yardmax YD 8103 performance
So far i am satisfied with the performance of the Yardmax YD8103 .For two weeks i have used the Track barrow to move dirt and small stones 50M away which is many time easier than using manual wheelbarrow.

Great on hills!
We have a very steep yard and this machine has helped immeasurably! Mostly we have used it to move debris down to the compost pile. We are looking forward to using it to help make terraces and carry gravel, dirt, and stones for that process. Starts easily and runs great!

Powerful, stable on uneven ground. Starts easily. Does tear up grass when turning sharply. Have taken two loads of wet road mix stone down very steep hill (approx 30 degrees). Amazing really! Only had about two weeks.
