Our factory recommends that you purchase a backup power supply that matches the power port directly at an offline retail store or online(please note that the port of the backup power supply needs to be consistent with the recliner power port, and the power requirements for this chair are at least 100 W of power and can operate within the specified voltage range of 24-29 V.).
