Product Details

Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner cleans and restores shine to floor surfaces. Utilize this floor cleaner in Step 4 of the Zep 4-Step Pro Floor Maintenance System. This concentrated formula makes up to 128 Gal. and can be used as a daily cleaner to restore floor shine. Concentrate works great on marble, granite, vinyl and stone floors and can be applied using an automatic scrubber or a mop and bucket. Use as regular floor cleaner after floor polishing.

A:  Absolutely. It is advisable to follow floor manufacture cleaning and care guidelines. Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner is suitable for most interior floors including LVP, when used as directed. Dilute 1 ounce of Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner with one gallon of warm water and apply solution with a cotton mop, microfiber mop, or spray mop system. No rinsing is required.

          Mild scented, gentle tile cleaner
          This is the only floor cleaner that I use when I mop my natural stone. I needed a neutral cleaner that actually worked for mopping and this worked. The scent is not too strong. It is also the least expensive neutral cleaner that I have found.

            Cleans and protects!
            Zep neutral floor cleaner is great no rinse that you add to your mop bucket of water. We use it daily for our commercial vct flooring. Cleans and protects the surface.

            One of a 3 step process refinishing my VCT floor
            As the first part of a 3 part process refinishing my newly installed Vinyl Commercial Tile (VCT) floor. It goes along with the ZEP sealer and I finished with the Zep high traffic polish. Check Utube for directions (lots of coats at 30 minute intervals). Turned out great!!!
