I ordered those towels and received them a while ago and as for what other home depot stores have them the best you can do is look on line and do a search.

Several layers of non fusible, sew in interfacing...or a material called "oly fun" from jo ann fabrics by mail order, or some walmarts. Note that for MOST needs plain densely woven cotton and good hand washing is sufficient
Either discontinued or in such short supply that they aren't promoting them. The Zep web site does not list them at all.
It would appear to be discontinued by the manufacturer - at least for now.
Bob, Because we live in a hyper-litigious society, no company that manufactures or sells materials like shop towels, shopvac filters, etc. can say that they’re safe for mask filtration. They’ve not been tested, they aren’t designed, manufactured, or intended to be worn on the face, against skin, or inhaled. So while they should be safe, and may be effective, you can’t guarantee, offer warranty, and the industry can’t recommend using these materials for this purpose. Because the first person to have complications that can be traced to inhalation or prolonged exposure to them will sue the pants of off anyone who said they could. The bottom line, is you use what you use at your own risk, especially since the exact material used in many products is proprietary, the company can’t, or won’t, disclose what they use.
Impossible to tell. The package simply says "poly-fiber technology" and the manufacturer no longer shows it on their web site. I would be astonished if there was latex in these, though.
If it shows limited supply but you see none in store, it usually means there is an inventory error. A box might have been damaged, for example. Or someone stole one.
