Good Buy
Neatly packaged, nice looking cameras/nvr, epstein easy to plug and play, installation was challenging and installation hardware Didnt come with good quality, kill picture and wireless signal are decent, nvr and system setup is confusing, overall not too bad for an inexpensive system, id recommend this product and may upgrade himself to 8 cameras sometime in the future but this is good for now

Good product
I had only had one problem it was the mouse. Did not work on my TV. Tried all my TVs and a wireless mouse. Then bought a wired mouse. Used upper USB Port (of the two ports in back). Works great. Coco from tec support was helpful in trying to find the problem. The system works great. Easy set up. A better mouse is needed. I found mounting cameras under a surface has better placement then on the side of a surface. Also Camera exposed to direct eliminates (rain, snow) sets off alarm. Better to place a shelf above camera.

DON'T BUY -NO RANGE FOR CAMERAS AND NO SUPPORT
Don't buy this system or any system from ZOSI. the cameras have no range 3 mounted on a 950 sqft house and system does not see cameras most of the time. the support for ZOSI is in China or somewhere, they have no phone number for customer support.

This wireless camera that was supposed to be rated for indoor outdoor use was not good quality when installed did not connect to NVR unit because it had walls in between it and the unit and would not connect .. so I don't think this camera setup is applicable for the specs that it says it is capable to do so I feel they need to rethink the abilities if this camera setup and greatly improve its wireless connectivity abilities

If you’re lucky you can get a person that speaks decent english. That’s only after I found a Zosi Facebook page where i could send a direct message. A lot of complaints started with Zosi asking for your order number. Not sure what that has to do with ANY problem but whatever. I’m currently waiting on them to tell me why I can’t watch recorded video. “Only one user allowed to playback,” is my issue at the moment. I AM the user....so I’ll update when i get a solution. Cameras are good, overall company and app (Zosi smart) not so good. To be continued....
