This product had planer ripples all along the surface, very noticeable in the finish. All, 5 pieces, had these marks throughout. This was the one with the least depth in the ripples. It was also coated with a clear plastic coating that was in some places 1-2 mm thick, dripping off the edges so it would not lay flat. It required sanding the whole piece, even cleaning out the inside corners so that it would fit into the 5/8" space that it required. The wood is quality, just the finishing (planing, sanding and clear coat) is terrible. It is not a buy and install product in my definition of quality. For the price, I expect better workmanship.

The product does what it is supposed to do and makes the transition in between 2 different hardwood floors. the label suggests it can be glued down. I think think that is working so far, well try again but I'm thinking its going to need pre drilled holes drilled at the ends with nails to feel sturdy.

I purchased from floor and decor and also home depot red oak wood. The home depot flooring was much better the only problem is you have to purchase extra flooring because the box has 2 and 3 colors in it, it is not just the color you want and purchase.
