Product Details

T-Molding is used to transition 2 floors of the same height typically installed between rooms or in entryways. This molding will provide a seamless look when transitioning between flooring surfaces and in doorways. Providing a beautiful finished look to any room in your home.
  • Silverton Oak Laminate Molding
  • 7/16 in. thickness x 1-3/4 in. width x 72 in. length
  • Item coordinates with 6 mm to 9 mm thick laminate flooring
  • Laminate moldings are extruded out of high density fiberboard and wrapped with laminate decorative paper
  • Silverton Oak, Light Color, Smooth Finish
  • Clean with a damp cloth
  • No attached underlayment
  • Appropriate Grade for Installation: Above Grade, On Grade or Below Grade
  • No painting or staining necessary
  • Can be installed over both concrete and wooden subfloors

      A:  Hi, t molding is intended to transition between flooring of the same height. You may need a multi purpose reducer or carpet reducer. Good luck with your project!

            Garbage, have gone through a full piece with same results
            Using this to transition from new Pergo to new LVP. The metal retaining piece rips the bottom of the strip away from the decorative top. The second time I cut back the laminate to allow more room for the metal sides to open to allow the wood to enter and I had the same result. I even pushed the sides of the metal open with a screwdriver before trying the second time. I guess we'll be buying more of this trash since its the only option......

              It just came apart when intalling it.
              When snaping the T-molding into metal track, top right hand corner of molding came apart.
