The Zenith Indoor Passive VHF/UHF Antenna is HDTV compatible and provides 1080p or 720p programming. Receives UHF, VHF and FM HD digital channels within a range of 25 miles and works with HD or analog TVs. This antennas dipoles fully extend to 39 in. to help capture and hold VHF broadcast signals. The heavy, weighted based with an attached 5 ft. coaxial cable provides stability and reach.     A:  Hello Michael, thank you for your question. The Zenith 25 Miles Indoor Passive VHF/UHF Antenna does have a Prop 65 warning for Lead. The item is also attached to a base but has a 25 mile signal radius. Additionally, when fully extended the dipoles reach 39 inches
