      Q:Has this shower curtain liner been treated with any chemicals to make it water repellant? If so, what chemicals and do these chemicals contain PFOS, PFAS, PFOA, etc?

      A:  Hi, the Zenna Home Water Repellent Fabric Shower Curtain Liner has been treated with a generic water repellent chemical that do contain PFOA and PFOS. Hope this helps!

        A:  No it hasn't been treated to be water repellant, also it does start to have that mildew stains after about 5- 6months. Had to be washed but after a year i just replaced it all together.

          A:  NO MAGNETS. I PURCHASED THIS ITEM AS A SHOWER CURTAIN LINER TO KEEP THE WATER IN THE SHOWER AND OFF MY WOODEN BATHROOM FLOOR. IT FAILED, AND IT IS NOT A SHOWER LINER. IT IS A GREAT SHOWER CURTAIN THAT NEEDS A LINER.

            A:  Hello Steve, this item has three weighted magnets at the bottom of the Shower Curtain. Blowing is due to a draft in the bath Billowing, temperature differences inside and outside the shower lowers the air pressure around the curtain, sucking it toward the water. Shower spray creates a vortex with lower air pressure at the center that causes to blow in.

              Doesn’t repel water
              We bought this obviously for our new shower curtain. It’s doesn’t repel water? After the shower the lip of the tub is covered in water. I was disappointed looking back to see if maybe I bought the right thing, but no it should do the one thing it needs to do. Photo from after a shower when I first noticed.

                Just got & put up brand new. So extremely disappointed after reading good reviews on this product. I should have read more reviews. When I hung I noticed curtain was quite sheer. I stepped in shower to take shower and saw water "repelling on curtain" thought well... maybe things were gona be okay?. NOPE water went completely right through curtain. All over side edge of tub like I poured water right on it and on the floor. USELESS, unless you want water out of your shower & tub. Took down.

                Hi! We are disappointed to hear that you are not happy with your Fabric Shower Liner. JojoBoat! This is not a Water Proof Liner, it is Water Repellent Shower Liner, excessive water pressure directly on the shower liner will cause the water to soak through the liner and create a puddle. In order to prevent this from happening please direct the shower away from the curtain and make sure the liner is tucked on the inside of the tub.
