Not Rust Proof!
I loved this caddy, until it started to rust! I've been extremely happy with this caddy, because the adjustable shelves were exactly what I needed for my handheld shower head. Unfortunately, I've had this caddy for less than 3 years & I recently noticed that it's rusting along the shelves. That in itself is bad, but then I saw that water would drip on the shelves & cause rust to drip into my shower poufs, which were on the hooks below!

This caddy is is steel constructed with a rust resistant finish; however, it is not fully rust proof. The rusting process can be accelerated depending upon the environment (electrolytes, salinity, poor air circulation, etc.). I am a little disappointed in this caddy. The suction cups don't work unless the surface is completely smooth and not porous at all. My walls are pretty smooth but I guess not smooth enough. This caddy is pretty much useless if I can't anchor down to the wall somehow and I am not drilling holes in my shower wall for what could be a temporary fixture. I used velcro and packing tape for now, but I am sure once it gets wet enough times that will fail. The "adjustable shelves" are always adjustable. You can't tighten them down so they stay in place, which is disappointing. Every time you remove something or put something "in" the shelf it moves from side to side. I was also hoping for a place to put a bar of soap but unless I cut one of the middle curved bars or bend it out of the way I can't fit my hand between them to have enough room to grab it. I guess I just made a bad choice of purchase for my needs.

Works as well as expected.
The shower caddy works as well as expected. It holds several bottles of shampoo, etc with no problem. Would have given five stars if the suctions cups would hold better.
