Nice frame but with some concerns.
There are problems building the frame and setting the (tight) slats. Leave one side (corner) unhooked slightly ajar then set the slats and tighten. Also, the bed does not have enough vertical support (see my fix). Your mattress may sag over time.

After putting this together I was really happy with how it looked and how sturdy it felt. I thought I had gotten a great deal finding it.
However, it is NOISY. All beds make noise, that is to be expected. But this is another level. You can't even shift your weight a half inch in this bed without the wooden slates making enough cracking noise for the next room to hear. I have tried resetting the wooden slates, reorienting the bed, etc., but no matter what I do even the smallest movement produces a ton of noise. It's possible I just got some defective wooden slates that bend/crack more than they're supposed to, I don't know. All I know is that I'm kind of disappointed with the noise level and am kind of embarrassed to have someone stay over on the bed.

Don’t Hesitate, Buy this Bed
Wow, this bed was perfect! I had just moved and have to take apart my bed and put it back together in my new place. It took so long, and with 2 prople setting up. When I got this bed for my guest room, I was not excited about putting it together. But it took 20 minutes by myself the setup was so easy. It is very sturdy and aesthetically pleasing!

Easiest piece I’ve ever built!
I love this piece! Super easy to build and so pretty. Didn’t need anything but elbow grease. Zinus really thought of everything! I will purchase from them again!

i love it
it was so easy to put together, it came with everything needed to put it together and most of the screws were already inserted. it was very convenient. the bed itself is really nice and sturdy, the wooden slats lay on velcro and there’s also a sticky adhesive for your mattress. i recommend getting this bed, it’s worth it

The bed itself is fantastic. Easy to assemble, looks great, and the price is perfect. I just couldn’t give this review 5 stars due to the shipping and customer service process. I’m sure Home Depot and the manufacturer were trying to do their best, but it felt as though I was running in circles attempting to get answers on the shipping date/time.Just be prepared to wait weeks to a month. Have patience, it’s worth it.

The let down
Ordered gray upholstered platform Queen bed frame.
I found my package at the base of the stairs at my apt (I anticipated it at my door) After hauling the 79lb package up three flights of stairs by myself, I opened the box. I was very pleased with how the frame looked and felt. It made breaking my back worth it.
I got started building the bed frame. Overall pretty straight forward. Easy build! Bolts came pre installed. Except for two screws that belong to the support bar and 4 screw-in legs. It came time to flip over the frame and hand screw the legs on. Three went in like a charm. BUT the last one lacked the ability to thread. The metal frame has a predrilled hole, BUT lacks the threaded insert all the other ones had.
Looks like they're sold out online, I fear no replacement is possible. Not to mention I'd have to haul this B down three flights of stairs, cram it in my tiny car and wait 6 feet apart from everyone in line outside to reluctantly return it for a refund.
Bummer.

Bedframe is awesome
I got this platform yesterday. It was so well-packed and so easy to install. Me and my husband just got this baby stand within half an hour. The base is solid and the design is soo stylish!! I like it.. It's a five star for me..
