PetHair Vision Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum Cleaner, Steel

I recently bought my bOb and he has become a favorite member of the household. It was easy to set him up and get him going, once he was charged. He always finds his way back to his charging base after the scheduled sweeps he does for us. The suction power is great and he gets into all the spaces that my regular vacuum misses, because of his bristles on the side that sweep all the things in there. It’s amazing what he finds. I would definitely recommend this robot vacuum to anyone looking.

battery life is short. I've had it charging for hours, yet it never lasts more than 15 minutes. the dirt container is small, must be emptied often. it says steel on the site, but that's just the color, not the housing. it never allowed us to connect to wifi for mobile app usage. 2 stars because it does pick up well.

I bought the bobsweep pethair vision as a Christmas gift for my son and daughter-in-law who love a clean house and both work fulltime. They had trouble with it after a few months. It was getting unconnected from the wi-fi and it wasn't charging. After contacting customer service, we were sent a new charging station and battery. We received quick and easy instructions on what could be the problem and we were up and running in no time. My daughter-in-law is extremely happy with the thorough vacuuming it does every night and that it saves her time. Now she has time to spend with my son, their 2 young boys, and black lab. I would highly recommend this robot

The vacuum is low profile so it fits under most furniture, it's paths are more intelligent and it very quiet. I have no regrets with mt purchase and highly recommend this robot vacuum. I have a 60lb dog that sheds and you will never see hair on my floor!!

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and we couldn't be happier with bob sweep ! we actually let our kids name him Ramsey and i love being able to tell google to have Ramsey vacume the floors for me . He works great with our google home . The app is very easy to use and customer service has been great .

Purchase this as replacement for different brand of robotic vacuum. Was pleasantly surprised when my package arrived and I had received an upgraded model. Set up with the app was straight forward and easy. Dustbin had issue not connecting and reached out to customer service. They were friendly and efficient, a new dustbin was immediately sent out. Customer service even followed up with confirmation email and contact information. New dustbin arrived within days and my BOB works perfectly. Very happy with its mapping ability and amount of pet hair it picks up. BOB is also very quiet compared to my previous vacuum. Beats my old roomba hands down. Will definitely be purchasing another one for my second floor.

I recently purchased the Bob Vision model. I love it. It is quiet and efficient. It goes under my furniture without getting stuck with ease. This is my second product. I have had a Bob Pet Hair plus for about 4 years. I would certainly recommend. Great product well worth the price.

Bobsweep is a must have product for all busy moms. I bought this for my wife’s birthday, and she says it’s by far the best and most useful present she ever received! With kids and online school, full time job, there is little time left for chores. There is one chore, she does not have to worry about anymore! Bobsweep gets under all our couches and beds, no more hassle of moving furniture around ! Please do your wife a huge favor and get her a Bobsweep!

Best investment Ever! I bought Bon as a gift to myself for Christmas 2019 and he is better than I expected. I can’t believe the amount Of hair he actually picks up from our pets. My neighbor has a different robot and she couldn’t believe how much quieter Bob is overs here... love that I can switch him on and off through my phone...he is my right hand man. I can’t forget to mention that their customer services is absolutely amazing the gentleman that help was fantastic I give him 10 stars he took care of me to the fullest and checks in on Bob ever now and than. Once I am able to afford another one I will get it for my upstairs rooms. Thank You Bob Sweep!

My bObsweep is honestly one of the best things that has happened for me! Ha! Don't laugh because it's true. I'll explain, prior to purchasing my home I had to move into a rental property for 12 months, with my children and Cocker Spaniel dog, Ruby. During this time period in the rental property I developed a chronic cough that was determined to be dust, allergies and my dogs fur. I could not keep the rental clean enough. It was 50 years old and the flooring was all Mexican paver tile and laminate flooring. When I purchased my home, I installed carpeting in the sleeping areas and redid the parquet floors in the living areas and then I spent a few hours researching which remote vacuum to purchase, and carefully selected the bObsweep Pet Vacuum and Mop, that bObsweep graciously upgraded to their latest model, the Pet Hair Vision! Let me tell you, the first time I turned on 'Bob the Butler' (our family's pet name for him!), and he vacuumed my 12x14 wool rug and in less than 20 minutes filled up his entire waste receptacle - I was shocked beyond belief! I have a 2200 square foot house and every time Bob the Butler is on, I have to empty him at least 3-4 times by the time he has finished his vacuuming for the day! This machine literally picks up dirt and pet dander/hair by the cups full! Here's the life changing information: About three or four days after consistently using my Bob the Butler, I noticed and so did my children that I had stopped coughing! I cannot tell you the relief and change for me in every capacity! Can you imagine coughing all the time and then suddenly after a year of daily coughing no longer coughing? This is huge! So thank you bObsweep for making this amazing machine! I was so impressed I called my sister in California and we ordered her one immediately! We ordered her bObsweep at the same place I ordered mine, hoping she would get the free upgrade too. When my sis' arrived without the upgrade, she contacted the bObsweep customer service dept. and they sent her the upgraded model! I have never before heard of a company being so generous and into their customers! To date, here is my honest assessment and feedback of my Bob the Butler: 1. We love him! 2. He really sucks good! 3. The customer service department rocks! 4. I will never go back to the old way of vacuuming!
