The Good, The Bad, The Average: A Full Review
After testing the M6 for slightly over a month, we’ve had time to draw some firm conclusions. As it turns out, the M6 may not be the Best Friend Forever material we were hoping for, but it’s definitely a welcomed guest with an open-ended invitation. Would be great if it weren't for these flaws
At the beginning we loved the M6. Unfortunately after a while one major flaw became apparent. When the wheels or the base collect just a bit of dirt, they will spin in the base station, resulting in the M6 not starting to mop but giving a "Stuck" error instead. Even after a thorough clean with a toothbrush it will only start 1 out 2 times. When you are planning on letting it work while you are not at home, which for most would probably be the intended scenario, this plan will not work. The other issue is the nozzle that clogs over time. I cleaned the filter and the nozzle outside as instructed, but still the M6 won't spray. I finally checked the nozzle itself (as pictured) and found out that it is not letting water or air through anymore. I am now trying to get a spare part, which seems trickier than I thought. :) If these issue will be address in future generations of Jets, the products will be great. For now... the M6 is unfortunately rather hit and miss.

This was a disappointing purchase
My Brava jet got light use in a small apartment, and only ran immediately after the vacuum. I had a sudden wheel error after a bit more than a year. Looking through the reviews, I see this has happened to other people as well. Support suggested buying a wheel kit, and i have been stalling, since my wheels are well cleaned, so I'm skeptical that this is the issue. I disassembled the wheels, put them back on, and didn't see any hair, dirt, etc... that should have caused a wheel issue. I finally decided to suck it up and buy a wheel kit today, and I can't even find the kit under brava jet m6 accessories. This was very expensive, I was hoping to have it for a while, and I didn't expect it to break so quickly. It did work pretty well for about a year, which is why I gave 2 stars.

Almost a five
I have wood laminate floors and the Braava M 6 does an excellent job mopping the floors. It stays off the carpets. It picks up dog hair, dirt, dust and yes, my long strands of hair. It moves slower than the I-Robot vac, as it should. I thought I kept a clean home, until I saw the cleaning pad after the Braava was through cleaning! This little robot is my new friend. Would have given you five stars, but Alexa did not have a skill for the Braava mop. I use my iPad to turn it on. Hopefully, I can activate through Alexa in the future as I do the iRobot vacuum.

This mop doesn't work.
This mop fails immediately on most cleaning runs, cleans during mapping runs (it's explicitly not supposed to do this), and gets stuck on ~1/4" tile transitions.

Leaves track lines on hard wood floor
I purchased the unit that comes with the S9. I have used it four times and it always leaves the track marks on the floor. It mops on a straight line but it doesn't overlap the mop lanes. It also takes forever to create the map of your home. It's useless, I'm beyond disappointed.

I bought one and think it is great!
This device actually works and is fun to watch for a while. I don't know how it figures out the navigation part, but it doesn't seem to miss anything. I have it sweep first, and then mop. My house is a big one-story, so it takes about 2 hours. The robot goes back for a charge if it gets low.

Did NOT work out of box
I bought this at Home Depot while it was on sale. I was so excited to use it, only to be disappointed that it doesn’t work. The robot just won’t charge. Tried every advice online and also double checked my outlets (which were working perfectly). Nothing worked. It just kept blinking red light and the voice assistant said charging problem. When I returned to Home Depot and got an exchange, the product I received was not even new! It was probably returned by someone, it even got dirt on the base right out of box. And this time it won’t even blink any light or make any sound. Totally dead even after charging overnight. If the price of discount is taking stuff that other people returned or doesn’t work, please inform the buys.

Dumb as bricks
This mop robot is the dumbest thing I've seen, especially after comparing it to the roomba. First, the "mapping" function sucks: it won't just map, unless it has a mop pad. So you can either waste a disposable dry sweep pad on a mapping run, or you can hook up the reusable wet pad and have the slowest mapping run ever, because it insists on mapping. It also does an awful job at mapping. It can't figure its way around corners, so it makes up the weirdest angles and then never updates its map or learns from new runs. It also does an awful job at cleaning. It's capable of only a cursory wetting of the floor. Have any actually dirty spots that need mopping up? Prepare to clean them the old fashioned way. Finally, the stupid little thing can't even manage to find it's way back to its charging station after a run. It will eventually just stop about a foot away and call it good. It also has a tendency to think it has bumped into an obstacle in the middle of an empty floor.

Very impressed
We are pleasantly surprised by this Braava Jet M6. Prior to us using this mop, we turned in our iRobot vacuum that we've had for 3 years to pick up the pets hair (2 dogs, 1 cat and 1 bunny). After that we are using th Braava Jet M6 to mop. AMAZING!!!!! It cleaned for 3 hours and 15 minutes. We have 3K sq ft + of wood floors and it did a wonderful job! It is quiet and it does not bang on the furniture. I would recommend this to a family or friend. We don't have large area rugs and we did pick up the rugs we have in the kitchen.
