Dear Customer Thanks for your question This robot is designed to mop / clean all type of hard floors and surfaces including travertine. Please note that we only suggest cleaning hard floors with a mix of water + iRobot cleaning solution or Bona cleaning solution for the type of floor you have. Dear Consumer Thank you for your enquirer. Glad to hear that you are suing our robots are helping to keep your home clean during this difficult times. With this model you can ONLY use iRobot branded pads that are specific designed and compatible for the m6 Braava Jet. With out the iRobot pads the robot will not function as they part of the operational design, connectivity and functionality of the robot. Please note that they are 4 different pads available on this model. Disposable (1use) wet and dry pads, were the wet pads the robot will use the water in the robot and possibly the iRobot cleaning solution to clean the floors. Reusable (multiple uses) pads that will work the same way, but you can wash them and reuse them after every mission. Hanh, sorry that this happened. The easy suggestion is to contact iRobot Customer Service. Below link will take you to the website where you will find an 800, email & chat that will take you to the best team for support on your issue. https://homesupport.irobot.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/200?_ga=2.80032727.1950790835.1596041637-292478427.1554141655 Also you can try disconnecting the robot and reconnecting it, hold the bottom down for 3-5 sec and then press again, update the APP make sure that there are no issues with your WiFi in your home and that nothing force your robot to stop. Usually when this errors happen the robot speaks to you and give you and error message plus a red light is around the top I hope that customer service team can assist you better than I can at this time. Don't remember exactly, but I'll take a stab. The mop, base, charging cable, small container of cleaner, 1 or 2 disposable pads (I strongly recommend buying 1 reusable), directions.
I have several rugs in front of entryways and at the foot of my stairs. The mop avoids them. Also, you can set up a restricted zone so the mop automatically avoids that area.
Yes. I use about 10-20% vinegar and distilled water. Works great and the slight smell dissipates within minutes once it dries.
It depends upon the amount of spray you choose to use. I have approx 1500 sq. feet on my main floor and when at the middle spray setting, I do NOT need to refill. When at the full spray setting I probably use about 1 1/4 of the tank total. I set up several rooms and run the unit one room at a time - I rinse the reusable pad and check the tank after every room.
