Well built!

So overall I am impressed with what it offers for the price! I would use it and I am currently on the shed outside, I'll see how it holds up and check in later...

A very smart padlock
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isn’t just a padlock— it’s an award-winning marvel of design. It’s more a high-quality smart appliance than a simple combination lock. This cool device is worlds away from the familiar padlocks I’ve used for most of my life. Housed in heavy steel and zinc alloy, the lock is heavy, and can be used indoors or out. Mine came with a Protective Silicone Case made of industrial-strength silicone to protect against outdoor conditions as well the usual bumps and scratches of regular use.
The best part— this lock is enabled with the igloohome mobile app, which is extremely intuitive. I downloaded it and got up to speed very quickly, and was able to give access remotely with no issues. I’m now exploring the different ways and durations to grant access. I’m going to use the lock on my storage shed to keep my family’s bikes safe yet easily accessible. It is a very cool, high-quality smart lock that will make life easier for me! Comes with everything it needs, including a torx screwdriver and lithium battery.

Easy to use, very secure lock!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ease of use that smart devices bring into my life and I never really thought about upgrading something like a padlock until I had the chance to try the Igloohome Smart Padlock. I can say right off the bat that this lock looks and feels built to last! That said lets get into the lock itself, and how to use it.
First off the Igloohome smart padlock is super simple to setup whether you are tech savvy or not. The Hello guide walks you through the process of inserting the battery and downloading the app, and it's the app that walks you through the rest. All in all the app setup, pairing, and re-coding the lock took around 7 minutes. The lock can operate either stand alone or via the app and I like that it's hard to brute force via the keypad as you need to hit open after trying codes from 7 to 10 digits long.
The other great features are the ability to set several user codes as well as temporary codes which the lock will keep track of, noting who opened the lock and when. I fully believe I will be not only using this lock for MANY years to come but will also be adding several more Igloohome products in the near future!

Security and Convenience!

I find that using the code to open this is quicker than using the app on my phone.I have had absolutely zero issues with it and has a surprising amount of customizable features.It is the most flexible padlock that allows for time-sensitive access.You can change the level of beeps and chirps that are produced in various situations.The solid body construction is a smart choice the Bluetooth is instant.Creating the Bluetooth keys was easy and real smooth.I highly suggest you to buy this!

Failed in less than 4 months
Spoke with igloohome Support and there is nothing that can be done, Support has classified the issue as a "hardware problem". Apparently, their engineering design provides NO ability to bypass the electronics and manually open the lock. I now find myself with a $100+ lock that does not work and the need to now have a locksmith come to my home to get this lock off the gate fence, expect this will cost more than the lock did. According to Support if I send them the following:
"1. A short Video while you are unlocking the Padlock. (Video shouldn't exceed 20 MB). 2. Complete shipping address. 3. Copy of invoice." they will send me a new lock...... This is useless to me as I'll NEVER use another of their products again. I caution all to use this lock with extreme caution, make certain that anything you are securing it with will NOT need to be opened quickly or reliably.

Very smart lock
I use this lock for the gym everyday. I like the fact it has no key because I swim laps and have nowhere to put the key during. There are a lot of combo locks out there but this one is pretty heavy duty and I imagine it would be hard to physically defeat this one without attracting a lot of attention in the locker room. It even has an alarm that goes off if someone tries a few wrong combinations. A very cool design.

I wanted this product to perform more reliably!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of this padlock, but I don't know that the benefit of the 'smart' aspect is worth the hassle. Using this outdoors in inclement weather, between the snow and ice and freezing temps, there were a number of failures and it was just not a reliable product. For my purposes, an old fashioned padlock is much more reliable, and I guess can just be used with a hidden key to accomplish the same effect.
