Will this work with a floating mantle bracket
Does the stain/finish of the Northbeam 24 in. Distressed Floating Shelves (2-Piece) perfectly match the stain/finish of the distressed Northbeam 60"/72" mantles
When installing, should the two screws that get screwed into the top of the mantel be driven into the wood of the bracket? The instructions specifically say not to over-torque the screws, but I see no other option based on the length of the screws
Can this be cut to 53 inches
Can this be attached to Brick, does it come with hardware for that and finally is the mantel full assembled. I'm not going to have to put together it correct?

Can you stain the wood?
thank you for your inquiry. yes, this shelf mantel can be stained, however please note this will void its associated warranty. As this product already has multiple protective coatings, it would require sanding before any staining can be applied. I hope this helps answer your question.
Could this be cut roughly in half to fit into a corner, and still be mounted correctly?
