Trying to find out how to take hanging light fixture down to clean

How do I purchase additional chain to extend the hanging length?

The specification sheet for this light identifies that the wire is 120”, which is 10 ft. On the other hand, the hanging length is shown as 70-3/4”. Is it correct that I could increase the hanging height up to almost 10 ft if I purchase more chain?
