why wont my beaters stick in the holes do I need to remove something

U may need to change which beater goes in which hole or use a little more force to push them in until they click.
Just used my mixer for the first time and can't find where to eject the beaters-help.
Thank you for your question. To remove the beaters, dough hooks or wisk, ensure that the speed control switch is turned to off, place your thumb on the groove in the speed control switch, and press straight down.
You can eject the beaters by pressing the control button inwards.
You have to use a little more force on the speed knob to push them out. Good luck.
