I have been using this mixer for several months. I love the power this machine has, great for everything from heavy cookie dough to whipped cream. Beats any hand mixer I have ever used and I have been baking for over fifty years.

I love the little mixer, but the beaters are not that great. I need to replace them, but your parts website only had the plastic storage case. I have only used it a few times and I am not happy with they way the beaters are so flimsy. The whisk is great for pudding. I also would like to purchase a second whisk in case I have an issue with the one it came with. Sigh!

I love B&D, so when I recieced this a while back as a gift, I packed it away for down the road Well when I finally started using it, it has no low speed. Simplest recipe ends up splashed all over.

I love my mixer but my wire beaters broke and I cannot find replacement ones. If anyone has any idea where to find some please let me know.

Every time I use this unit I wish I hadn't bought it. It has plenty of power but that is all I can say good about it. I might be spoiled. My previous unit had retractable cord, and beater release button. The storage case just takes up additional space in my cabinet. Storing the cord in it is not worth the effort. Pay a little extra and get a different unit with the amenities.

Very happy with this product. Stores nicely in it's case. One problem is finding replacement beaters, mine broke after several uses.

I love this mixer and the storage case. But how do I get replacement beaters. Mine rusted. ☹️

I've been using this mixer quite heavily for several months now and it has been working great. My wife did use the whisk attachment and it didn't fair very well. It is currently unusable. But overall, the mixer has been a workhorse for me.

I used this yesterday morning for the first time to make waffles. The beaters really aren't very good, even after mixing the thin batter for some time there were a lot of lumps still. Are there other mixing attachments that would fit in this unit? I would hate to get rid of the unit as the speeds and everything seem just fine, because the mixing attachments aren't good enough.

I have had this mixer approximately one year. Found it was rather difficult to remember which beater went in which slot, as they were different. Motor or something went out approximately one month ago, didn't last a year. Was not using it for stiff dough at time,it just quit. Not happy with it.

I got this to make Christmas dinner. While using it the motor burned out. Needless to say it made it very hard and nearly impossible to finish. Worst part I could not return it because is bought it while shopping for Christmas gifts and have no idea what I did with the receipt. Save your money!!!!!

I bought this hand mixer because of the Black and Decker name and reasonable price. I find it too powerful, even on the lowest speed. Any mixing with powdered ingredients ends up with the powder all over the kitchen. And if there is any food left on the beaters, the mixer tips over when upright. Also, the prongs of the beater completely broke off the stem after a year or so of very intermittent use. Very poor quality. Give me my old workhorse cheap model that lasted almost 20 years!

I purchased this but i have not used it yet. My niece has one like it and it seems to work well, I have just not had occasion since receiving it to use it. I do like black and Decker products.

For ten years I had been using a very inexpensive mixer for baking, mixing etc. After it finally wore out I decided to upgrade and came across this particular itembecause my understanding was Black and Decker was a high quality item. It had a nice plastic storage case and different attachments for various types of mixing. When I started using it it was great, I thought why had I been using my tired old mixer for so many years. This product died within 1 month of purchase. Foolish me didn't save the box or receipt. I suppose I could get the credit card company to issue me a copy. I bought a less expensive brand to replace the broken Black and Decker product. Don't buy it. Just because it looks sleek with it's case has so many attachments they will do you know good with a bad motor. The other issue which I coud have lived with was the cord stuck way too far out of the right side and was so stiff it knocked everything it came into contact with it over

This product did not perform very well with my need to mash potatoes with it. I have always used a mixer for this task. The style of beaters is too skinny. It doesn't catch the chunks of potatoes they just slip right through the beaters. I am disappointed. I had to mix longer than usual to get all the lumps out. I now have a mixer that does little and yet takes up space in my cupboard. I thought the dough hooks were a nice addition to the product but am now wondering how they will perform. It is another example of the times.... same cost... less product. Bring back the old style beaters. I have always believed that Black and Decker products could be dependable.

I was pleased to see Black and Decker had a replacement for the previous Power-Boost model I wore out. The new model seems to have more power in general plus additional mixing tools for various kinds of uses. I have not tried all of them yet, but those I have worked well. A new surprise is the storage case that comes with the mixer---very handy, but I fear the latch on the case will not hold up well over the life of the mixer though that is not a reason to avoid this mixer. The mixer is a great addition to my kitchen appliances.
