Questions & Answers
Can we rotate to install in a 21"d x 24"w cabinet? Will it look odd or not function properly since the drain is offset?
Thank you for contacting Ruvati. Yes, the RVM4110 can be rotated 90 degrees sideways.
Can I change placement to save counter top? Making the 18 length from left to right.
You should be able to, however, we recommend discussing the installation with your contractor.
Can I top mount this sink (model RVM4138, 16"x16")??
We do not recommend, as the installation we provide is strictly for undermount. We recommend contacting Ruvati customer support for more information.
What is the shipping weight of the Ruvati Parmi 16x16 undermount sink RVM4138? Can this sink be mounted above the counter?
We don't recommend installing it in any way that is not listed in the installation manual. The approximate box weight is 18 lbs.
Considering purchasing this sink for my camper. Worried about it scratching with the heavy use it will take with cast iron pans, etc. Thoughts?
Stainless steel is not scratch resistant, however the brushed stainless steel finish does a good job of hiding any scratches. Follow our car eguide here: https://www.ruvati.com/care-and-cleaning-guide/
Can you add a garbage disposal to this size sink
The drain opening is a standard size, so you will be able to hook it up to a disposal.
The description says the sink is rounded for drainage. Does this mean the bottom from corners to the drain is rounded, and putting glasses in it will tip easily? Or is the bottom flat?
The RVM4138 sink has a standard bottom with curved corners. The sink comes with a rinse grid so items placed in the sink will sit flat.
