I thought I would be able to use it on...
I thought I would be able to use it on the stairs during my move, but because of the carpet, it didn’t work for that. All other aspects were good. It didn’t move on flat surfaces and picked up dirty foot prints from going in and out. I bought 2, but returned one. I am using the other one.

Worked great on wood stairs for our move. Only trouble...
Worked great on wood stairs for our move. Only trouble was that it would shift slightly and sag down the stairs. Had to reposition a couple times during the move. But the stairs had zero damage and the grip was solid when full weight was on it. Not sure how it was shifting.
