Is the bottom rack and the accessories stainless steel?
The RVL2100WH comes with a stainless steel bottom rinse grid and basket strainer included in the box.

The RVL2300WH sink requires a 36" minimum base cabinet.
What's the size of the bib in front?
The apron is 10" tall. The RVL2300WH spec sheet can be viewed here: https://www.ruvati.com/wp-content/uploads/RVL2300.pdf
Can this sink be installed in a 24" cabinet? The right-to-left measurement is 23" so I assume it would fit, but the specifications state a 27" cabinet is required.
Minimum cabinet size would be 25. You need to make sure you have enough space on both sides.
Is there a cutting board that fits the sink and ledges to support it?
Because this is not a workstation sink, there are no additional accessories for it. Our workstation sinks have ledges built into the bowl for the accessories to rest and slide on. The RVL2387WH sink is our workstation fireclay sink.
K was not able to find one. And the ledge (where the countertop meets the sink) is too small.
Is the bottom of the sink sloped towards the drain in all directions making it easy for drainage or is it flat that you have to keep pouring water everywhere in the sink to clean it out?
Most of the water will drain out, you will need to use a sprayer to guide food bits to the drain.
It’s flat, and you have pour water to clean.
I see that the depth of the sink is 9", but what is the depth of the apron? Is it also 9"? I really want to buy this, but the clearance between counter and top of cabinets will only allow for an 8 1/2" apron.
