I purchased this rug a year ago. It still has big wrinkles across the entire rug. I am not happy with the looks of the rug.
The product details mention that rugs may contain temporary creases upon arrival and to allow time for them to flatten and settle. Since it's been a year, you may want to try reverse rolling the rug or placing heavy objects on the wrinkled areas to help them relax. If the wrinkles persist, please contact the manufacturer, nuLOOM, for further assistance as the rug comes with no warranty according to the product specifications.
How long does it take to get the wrinkles out? I ordered the largest size and so far not impressed with how it lays.

When this rug ships, is it rolled on the short side or the long side? I need the 6'7" x 9' size, and I can't fit it in my car if the roll is 9' long.
