Questions & Answers
Can you see the seems when you add pieces together
The square rug says 8x8, but the specific details say it measure 8x5.5. I need a square rug. What are the true measurements of the rug, please.
The rug I received has 2 sides with a seam and 2 sides without, is this supposed to have this or is it a defected product?
What size rug pad should I order for this rug.?
Hello! We recommend an 8x10 size rug pad, then cutting the excess foot with a pair of sharp scissors or utility knife.
Is there a binding? I think there is, but the pictures are not clear due to the carpet being shag.
Hello Grady, Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. This rug has a serged finish with sturdy thread around the edges. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
Is the silver a shiny or dull silver?
Is there the usual Polypropylene odor with this import rug? Is there a waiting time for odor to dissipate?
Hi there! Thanks so much for your question. This rug may have a slight initial odor common with synthetic materials, but it typically dissipates within a few days of airing out.
I was looking for a .25 thickness due to door needing to swing over rug. If the fibers are creating the deeper pile, would a door still swing over this rug?
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. The nuLOOM Marleen Plush Shag Silver 7 ft. x 9 ft. Area Rug (302102733) is 2.1 in. thick. If you order this rug and your door will not swing, you will have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to make a return for a full refund. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
