Beautiful but not true to size and fades
I’ve had this rug for about 6 months now, it’s beautiful but it faded so quick, and we don’t have a lot of direct sunlight. Sizing was also off, I ordered a 9x12 and actual size is 8x11 (no actual dimensions noted in description). I care less about the fading bc I think I actually like it better, I’m pretty upset about the sizing though. Gold is also more yellow.

9x12 rug comes shipped with rolled rug bent in half and taped
This rug is beautiful, unfortunately we can’t get it to lay flat. The 9x12 comes rolled, but they ship it with the roll bent in half and tightly taped. The jute underneath gets stretched and rug is completely full of bumps that will not come out; we’ve tried everything!!

Wouldn’t buy again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate to leave a bad reviews, but this rug is disappointing. There are bubbles or air pockets throughout the rug that look pretty bad. The air pockets are hard to see in the pictures, but easy to see in person. I’ve pulled the rug away from the furniture several times to make sure it wasn’t caused by the way I placed it. However, another reviewer noted this same issue with their rug (yup, I read the review before I bought it - should’ve listened). Since it was mentioned by others, I think it’s important to know before buying. For those who are irritated by the “little things,” this will irritate you.

Beautiful
Buy it!!!
I have 2 boys & a golden doodle. I love rugs but do like to spend a ton since I know they will be very loved by my family. This rug is so worth buying. It beautiful in person. I was concerned about the white colors in the rug, but it is more cream, tans, taupe, blacks,greys.

Great Rug
This rug is just as pictured. I bought it for the gold tones, they are perfect. It also has bright white highlights which compliment my white walls. I’m glad I bought a pad to keep it in place and make it softer. It only took a few days for it to lie perfectly flat. I love it.

Great Valur for the price
We needed a 10x14 rug that didn't break the bank. This is a thin, low pile rug that doesn't look cheap. We purchased the Silver which has silver, gray, black, white and taupe in it. If you are down on the floor with your kids, you might want to get a carpet pad or something that is more plush, but it works for us.

Yellow, not gold, absurdly wrinkled
This rug does not resemble the online image much at all. I can live with the dark gray, which I was not expecting, because we have a black chair in the room. However, I am not a fan of all of this baby-bonnet yellow. It was supposed to be gold. The image online even shows some rust brown, which I wanted. This rug has a little ochre in a couple of random spots, but no orangish tones at all.
The rug also came folded instead of rolled! for some reason, and now refuses to lie flat enough for me to position my furniture on it. If we move anything heavy, it makes a bigger wrinkle somewhere else. I am too old for this nonsense. Just where am I supposed to put my sofa while this thing decides to flatten out in the next few days? And how is it going to unwrinkle if all of my furniture is on it, preventing it from settling flat? I’m really not happy, but this is going to be a major pain in the butt to be to try to return.
I have ordered for other rugs in the past, and been happy with all of them. They did arrive rolled, however.

We understand creases and bunching can be a pain when receiving a new area rug. These are normal and will flatten within 2 -3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug.
Use these tricks to help flatten your rug:
Back Rolling: Roll the carpet out, then roll it back up reversely with the backside up. Let it sit rolled up reversely for a day or 2, or until it flattens out.
Heavy Objects: Lay a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. If the corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects on affected areas going the opposite way.
Heat: Use this technique as a last resort only. Place the rug over a cleared concrete or area like a driveway or sidewalk setting during dry sunny conditions. Allow the rug to be positioned for optimal sunlight as long as possible to give the rug time to absorb the sun's heat for up to 2 hours, but use more time if needed.
Blow Dryer: If a large concrete patch with optimal sunlight is not accessible, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to affected areas to heat up the creases. Always hold the hair dryer 7 to 12 inches away from the rug going side to side on a medium setting, as heat can sometimes cause backing to melt.

Great Value
It just arrived today and overall I am happy with this rug.However the color is off. This rug in gold medallion is way lighter than photos and description. Also gold is not gold it’s yellow.
