Q:Is the consistency of this product runny, or putty-like as it should be? Several reviews state it was runny and I don't want to buy it if that's the case. Thank you.

A: It’s runny. Old one had a thicker texture. Rang up at $.70. Maybe they had a bad batch? No matter how little you try to use it just runs down the wall. It’s basically like liquid. Was a pain to clean up because it got everywhere.

A: This product was not runny. The consistency reminds me of slightly gritty toothpaste. Also consider that I have left it in my car trunk for about 1.5 weeks in the store bag before opening.

A: It's putty-like, though I had a really old tube of this stuff and it was runny so I think it breaks down over time.

A: It is a loose putty like texture. Use in small amounts to keep it putty like. It only becomes runny if you put too much on.

A: I used this 2 years ago as filler for exterior wood and plywood with excellent results filling small dents ( counter sunk nails, etc. ) less good results on cracks and larger dents. Because it is lightweight / low strength for easy sanding / feathering .
