A:  Not sure how many watts it uses its not much cause I run mine 24/7 and I haven't seen any jump in my power bill.

A:  I think the power consumption is minimal, we enjoy it and so do the birds. Worth the expense whatever it is.

A:  No I didn't see any stakes. It's pretty light, but probably not after you put water through it.

A:  You have to fill it. IT will run several days before you need to add water. When it is really hot, it needs to be filled more often. Or if the birds splash it out, which is really fun to watch.

A:  We top off the water every couple days and flush the basins out every other week. There is no provision for maintaining a water lever in the fountain, purely manual.

A:  Does not need to connect to a hose. Pour a gallon jug or so of water into it when you set up and then add water daily or as needed.
