A:  Just buy a new can, it's only a couple of bucks. I lost the lid to mine so I put it in a zip lock bag and a few years later the nozzle is clogged. Strange thing is the outside of the can is RUSTED. You don't want to mess around with chemicals storing them in plastic spray bottles: there's a reason it is sold in a metal can. I threw mine out and am buying another one. I've had other products (like spray paint) that were still good years later, but PB BLASTER apparently is NOT which means it clogged on its own. And I had 3/4 of a can left. Somehow the can rusted and it was sealed in a zip lock bag even though in Arizona we have no humidity.

A:  No. The PB Blaster will slowly dissolve the plastic. Then when you spray the PB Blaster, you will be spraying microdroplets of plastic as well.

A:  Have a can that happened to sitting around for a year or so. Not sure of the effects of PB Blaster on plastic. Try checking their website. Best I can do.

A:  You bet it doesnt spray I have 4 bought over short period of times kept inside and stored in toolbox 3 still have more than half full its a waste of money their competitors dont have the problem I am tired of it

A:  I applied PB BLASTER for 8 hours on a large rusted bolt holding the shower drain down but it wasn't enough so I left it on 24 hours and overnight with constant soaking. I put a good dose of it on every 5 hours then covered with plastic (used a regular grocery bag and sealed and secured it around the drain with tape on edges) to keep it soaking. Put a big dose of it at night. After 24 hours I didn't have to break the bolt, all I did was unscrew it. This screw was rusted sitting in that shower for 25 years and it was in there solid. I was amazed how easily I was able to unscrew it with a simple crescent wrench and not even have to apply any strength to turn it. The key for me was to leave it soak in that solution 24 hours constantly spraying it and keeping it covered in plastic.

A:  With some many variable involved time will vary. Typical applications will require 10-30 minutes. Stubborn applications may require reapplication and 12+ hours.

A:  I found this doing a google search for your question: How do you free up a stuck spark plug? Pull the cap of the spark plug wire off the spark plug. Spray penetrating oil down the barrel of the spark plug so the oil creates a good coating around the plug. The penetrating oil should help loosen any buildup and rust that are causing the spark plug to seize. Wait at least 10 minutes to a half hour. I hope this helps. This "Blaster" should work great for that. I've used it on other things and it loosens things up like a charm. Good luck!

A:  Yes, this product can be used on locks.

A:  You can use this on locks but if the innards are seized then you may not be able to get the spray directly on the parts that are stuck.

A:  I have never experienced a problem using any spray lubricant in locks. I've freed up a few that stopped turning with no adverse side-effects. Door locks and toolbox locks and even padlocks. It shouldn't hurt anything in them.

A:  Yes you can and it doesn't freeze or get gummy.

A:  I wouldn’t this I’d designed to help remove fasteners, it’s not a lubricant. Use something like WD40 for a lock.

A:  It is not necessary to shake the can. The longer it is given to work, the better the result. While every situation is different, the product was designed to help in applications such as yours.

A:  We used it on our washing machine hose: a rubber hose and metal connector. The solution worked out the rust from the metal and the rubber hose was fine. My hands are a bit dry afterwards....but no burning or anything like that. Next time I'll wear gloves like my husband wanted me to but I can also tell you that my hands are okay after working with this product.
