A: Yes, these are suitable for outdoor cold weather use. I think direct sunlight will break them down faster than being frozen.

A: I would think so, just keep it dry as I assume freezing water/snow would cause it to crack.

A: I have had one of these next to my deck so that nobody tracks mud on the deck. Its been there 2 years and looks as good as the day I put it down there.
