A: Hello and thank you for reaching Illume. To answer your question these are a indoor/outdoor wet rated tap light. Therefore in wet locations, you will be able to use this tap light. But keep in mind the tap is wet rated therefore the plugin driver and the transfor part of the light is not wet rated and must be put in a secure dry location. Q:Sensor does not work. I go into my kitchen, lights does not turn on. Lights only turn on when I turn on from my iPhone. Lights stay on.

A: Thank you for choosing DALS. This is sold as a stand alone kit but an 8 foot section is also available. The kit offers all that is needed to use right away. We could not recommend to use alongside the General Electric as it was not tested in such a way and the warranty would no longer apply.

Q:I’ve had these lights (the RGB ones, not white) for a few months now and out of the three, eight foot lengths of LEDs two of them suddenly stopped working. If you look close there is a dim, red flashing but nothing else. Is this fixable?
