Sealants with high elasticity will generally have a softer/tackier feel, which can result in the issue that you are concerned with. With that said, “dirt pick-up” is generally related less this the sealant’s intrinsic performance, and more as a result of environmental exposure. As this is a water based (acrylic latex) formula, the sole drying mechanism is the evaporation of water.
