A:  The DCHT820B is a bare tool and does not include a battery or charger. The DCHT820B is compatible with the DEWALT 20V battery line-up. The battery is compatible with the DEWALT 20V chargers. You would insert your battery into the charger and there would be a flashing light that would blink until fully charged. Once charged, the light on the charger will remain solid.
