We recommend 1" of clearance to the back wall. The position of the tank is not adjustable on the bowl to provide a reliable seal. A:  its the distance from the "stud wall" to the toilet flange bolts (the bolts that hold the toilet down to the floor)...if its a 12" rough in it should measure around 11.5 inches, probably a bit less.....if it measures less than 10 inches, its a 10 inch rough in, a 12 inch will not fit in a 10 inch spot, i hope this makes sense

A:  You can adjust the water level by twisting the “Tank water level adjustment screw” connected to the float. Turn Clockwise for a higher water level and Counterclockwise for a lower water level.

A:  The seat is normal oval size u can buy at home depot or other stores that sells toilet seats..
