A:  While I did not have this issue, I would essentially mount it the same way. I would mark stud locations on the tile where you are going to place the mounting block and pre-drill the holes in the tile for where the screws will go into the studs. Mount the vanity on the mounting block, and pre drill thru the tile any other locations you going to use to further secure the vanity to studs. Don't pre-drill into the studs- you want your mounting screws to bite into the wood or steel studs.
