        Answer This Question

A:  Hello, Jeff. We appreciate your inquiry. The refrigerator may run too much because of some circumstances; it could be that the room or outside weather is hot. It’s normal for the refrigerator to work longer under these conditions. It could be that the doors are opened too long or frequently, and warm air entering the refrigerator causes it to run more. We recommend opening doors less often. We hope this information helps! - Christi

            Answer This Question

A:  Hi there, valued customer! We're sad to hear that your ice maker didn't perform as expected. Ice Maker not dispensing enough ice might be because of low usage or a frozen auger. Kindly switch the control panel to CRUSHED and remove the ice bucket. Next, press down on the dispenser paddle for 2-minute intervals (releasing the paddle and then pressing it again) for a total of 3 times (6 minutes total). This will melt and evaporate any ice around the auger motor shaft. After that, switch the Control Panel to CUBE and insert the ice bucket, close the door, and attempt to dispense ice again. If the issue still persists, please contact us at 1-800-374-4432. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, we'll be happy to assist. - Jessica

                Answer This Question

A:  Hello Cindy, Thank you for reaching out to us! Please know that the Frigidaire Professional 36" Counter-Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator offers ample space for your frozen goodies, including that delicious frozen pizza! Let’s break it down: Total Capacity: 22.3 Cu. Ft. Width: 36 1/8" Depth: 31" Height Without Hinge: 68 5/8" Depth With Door 90° Open: 45" Now, let’s consider the dimensions of a typical frozen pizza. While sizes can vary, a standard frozen pizza usually measures around 12 inches in diameter. To determine if your frozen pizza will fit, let’s do some math: Width: The freezer width is 36 1/8", which comfortably accommodates the pizza’s diameter. Depth: The depth is 31", providing enough space for the pizza to lie flat. Height: The height without the hinge is 68 5/8", so you can easily slide the pizza in vertically. In summary, your frozen pizza will fit just fine in the freezer of your Frigidaire refrigerator! Enjoy your pizza nights! - Owen
