Q:Moving this mini fridge into a dorm. Do we need to wait an amount of time before plugging it in after traveling? what are the instructions besides keeping it upright?

A:  Thank you for your question. If the product is transported upright there is no need to wait before using. If you need to move it laying down please do it on the its back and should be put upright and wait 24 hours before using. Galanz customer service team

        A:  The Galanz 3.3 cu ft. Retro fridge is 35.47" tall with the feet and the dome. As there are only the two front feet, removal of the feet will not shorten the fridge, only cause it to tip forward. If you are looking to reduce the height, you can remove the plastic dome which adds ~2" to the top of the fridge.
