A:  Yes, surface and air must be at least 60°F and rising, but below 90°F.

A:  DriveSeal can be applied with a brush or squeegee. Please refer to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for further product information and proper prep and application instructions. A:  It would certainly be a good idea to clean it first. I usually just use a hose and spray nozzle to remove dirt and small debris. Especially if you are using a roller to apply it. They will pick up debris and clog quickly.  Plus, you want a clean surface for better adhesion of the product.

A:  Yes, you may need to use a pressure washer, or just scrub any oil you may have in your driveway. I used this sealer in my backyard, works pretty good. :)

A:  Yes, Clean the driveway first to ensure adhesion. Scrub oil spots with degreaser and a brush. Repair cracks and fill holes with appropriate Gardner Blacktop repair products. Repairs must cure according to label instructions before sealing. A:  About 350 sq/ft per container. Varies on how rough the surface is.

A:  I five gallon bucket will cover a nine by twelve drive way 

A:  The square footage depends on how smooth the asphalt is. I can tell you from my experience this is a great product. I would recommend it!

A:  The product should last a couple of weeks after the container is open. It is recommended to use the full container within 6 months of opening.

A:  No, store inside. Best to apply on a warm sunny day in early summer.

A:  Must be mixed thoroughly with a good auger. Easy clean up.
