A:  Thank you for your interest in our products. No, the Replacement plastic flag kit will not fit the MB-175. We do not have any replacement parts for the MB-175.

A:  It would not. It has 3 matching holes to line up with the holes on the mailbox, then you would need to screw them in. I believe the Gibraltar mailbox requires a peel and stick type method. You may want to look it up if you have not already.... Good luck.

A:  I’m not familiar with the Rubber Maid mailbox, however this Flag will fit any mailbox that has a side wall thickness of approximately 1/16 of an inch or less. Hope this has been helpful.

A:  Thank you for your interest in our products. No, You need to the order the MB5RFLAG which fit model 7271 & 7272 Rubbermaid mailboxes.

A:  Not sure. The flag might be about 8" long and is engineered to be installed on the right side of the box, whatever you're using. I used it on the right side of a large plastic bin for my FedEx/UPS deliveries. I do not see any reason it would not work for your smaller box. You may have to go out and get a machine screw, washer and nut to properly secure it to the side of your box (which I just happened to already have, so it wasn't a big deal).

A:  I can't say for sure. I'm in a gated community where all mailboxes are the same (white plastic). Can't tell if they are Gibraltar brand, but this replacement flag worked great...attached with pin & clip included. Very pleased with it!

A:  NO It will not fit on the large plastic patriot mailbox GMB515B01 or GMB505B01

A:  I am not sure. When I bought my flag they said it would fit the Rubbermaid boxes from the 80's. I couldn't fit the lock part at the bottom of the flag because the box is different. So I just improvised. It is not the prettiest but it works.

A:  This Flag kit will fit any mailbox that has a 1/2 inch diameter hole in the side. On any application the Red Flag has loose clearances and may not stay up when raised. I “tweaked” mine by adding rubber washers to create some tightness so the flag will stay up but is easily lowered when desired.

A:  It does not fit plastic mailbox #GMB515B01. We tried several replacement flags but none worked......not even the one recommended by Gibraltar! We ended up buying a new mailbox.

A:  Probably not. It is made for a thin wall metal or plastic mail box.

A:  Yes, if it has a screwed-in inserted mailbox into the brick column. Loosen the screws inside the mailbox to move it about 1/4 inch loose and modify it to be easily removable by hand with a short movement, backward and forward of the mailbox itself.

A:  Your unit comes with a "flag". if you need to replace the flag, Home Depot has a couple Flag models that would directly attach to the this style mail box. Any minor changes should be simple to made using a sheet metal screw or small bolt and nut

A:  I also wasn't sure if it would fit my mailbox but by seeing the PDF instruction sheet (linked in the description) I was able to see how I could attach it to my mailbox.
