A:  Not sure how to answer the question other than to say the rolls we use are 4.5 inches wide x 5 inches in diameter. The diameter of the roll could be larger and fit well, however the width of the roll, if much wider would not lay flat as it would overlap the base.

A:  Yes, it pivots on the base with the TP resting against the wall, so it will simply rotate out to accommodate the larger roll.

A:  Make sure the set screw is backed out before installing. Mine came with the set screw turned in and would not mount until I loosened the screw.

A:  I had the same problem. I just flipped it over so that set screw was on the bottom.
