      A:  One way or another you could figure out a way to put casters on these. The bottom legs are just caps filling in a tube of plastic, like a vacuum cleaner tube. The tubes are sturdy. Maybe putting in a piece of dowel rod that fits in there snug would work to put the casters on once a hole is drilled in the middle of the dowel piece? JMO
