A:  The covers over the bulbs twist off (unscrew by turning to the left). Be sure to wear gloves when handling the halogen bulbs to avoid getting finger oils on the bulbs. Then replace the covers by screwing them back in (screw them in by turning to the right).

A:  Hi CJ, Clean each crystal with a soft dry cloth, do not use any harsh abrasives, detergents, or anything containing ammonia to clean your light fixture.

A:  I use a small rag and dust them off.

A:  Yes, you do have to polish each crystal. I have put on cotton gloves and sprayed with windex and then used my gloved hands to wipe off each crystal.

A:  I changed a bulb the other day in mine and was surprised at how many turns it took for the glass to come off. There are A LOT of threads! Took a few minutes of turning due to tight access between crystals, which meant only getting 1/2 turn each twist. As long as the glass cylinder/tube is turning, just keep going... It will eventually come out.
