The only requirement as with all ceiling fans or large or heavy light fixtures is a ceiling box that is of adequate strength and mounted securely.

A:  Hello, There could many reasons why your light could go from bright to dull. I would first check the connection where the LK connects to the fan . Sometimes the Molex connectors can come loose. A:  I had the same problem. I followed the instructions by the Product expert. Hampton Bay told me to go to Home Depot to order the part. Home Depot customer service was terrible. Look up the following on a website that sells everything-Silverlite 4" 17W LED

A:  Funny I had this happen too . It’s been doing it for a year now lol I thought at first the bulb was going out but never didn. I think either these bulbs suck or the ceiling fan does. Find it hard to believe every1 who answered this installed it wrong smh
