A:  This fan model only has one hot wire to power both the fan and the light so it can only be installed onto a single wall switch.

However, the Hubspace version also allows you to control the fan over WiFi with the Hubspace App and it allows you to change the white color temperature of the LED light kit (the non-hubspace version only outputs warm white light).

A:  This fan model produces 5745 CFMs when installed with the included downrod. Unfortunately it has not be rated when flush mounted but there may be a slight reduction in airflow performance. You can increase the brightness of the light by holding down the light button to cycle through the brightness settings. This model uses an easily replaceable custom fit LED light kit that can only be replaced by light kits of the exact same type. Unfortunately there are no brighter options.

A:  This fan model uses a traditional AC motor and runs whisper quiet at all fan speeds when properly installed.
