Answer This Question
A: Your issue is likely caused by interference from other devices on the same frequency. Refer to your owner's manual and ensure the frequency dipswitches on all fans are different from each other. If you have already performed this step, try changing the frequency code of the problematic fan again (changing the dipswitch code changes the remote frequency). If that does not resolve your issue, your fan is covered under warranty and you should contact customer service at 1-800-986-3460 to troubleshoot the cause of your issue and order replacement parts.

A: You may be experiencing interference from other fans or wireless devices. You can change the frequency code in the remote and receiver module (located where the ceiling electrical connections are) to a new randomized code. Simply ensure whatever code you pick is the same for both the remote and receiver module. If you still have issues your fan and parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty and you can troubleshoot the issue and order replacement parts by contacting customer service at 1-800-986-3460.

Q:How do I fix this remote control operated fan from coming on by itself?
by|Jul 15, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: You may be experiencing interference from other fans or wireless devices. You can create a new remote frequency by locating the 4 dipswitches in the battery compartment of the remote. Flip the switches around to create a new and unique code. Duplicate the code with the 4 dipswitches found on the fan's receiver module (located in the canopy where the ceiling electrical connections are). If you are having trouble locating the dipswitches, or if your issue is not resolved, contact customer service at 1-800-986-3460.
